About the sign program
The Chamber manages a digital message sign beside Highway 625 at the edge of Beaumont. It carries short messages for local events, business milestones, community announcements and seasonal greetings, shown to commuters and visitors all day.
Messages run for a booked date range. Every message is reviewed and approved by Chamber staff before it goes on the sign, so the sign stays clear, safe and welcoming. Members receive a discounted rate.

How it works
From request to the roadside in four steps.

Contact the Chamber with your message, the dates you want and your business name.
We review it
Staff check the wording against the guidelines and confirm the dates are free.
Approve and pay
You receive a confirmation and an invoice. Your message is scheduled once it is paid.
Your message goes live
It runs for the booked dates, and we let you know if anything changes.

Members save about 30 percent on every booking.

Message guidelines
- Keep it short. Messages are limited to 60 characters so drivers can read them at highway speed.
- Use plain words, no more than two lines, and avoid abbreviations people may not know.
- Include a date or a website only when it is easy to read quickly.
- No political, offensive or misleading content. The Chamber may edit or decline messages.
- Phone numbers are not allowed on the sign, to keep drivers' eyes on the road.
How to apply
- Draft your message and choose a start and end date.
- Contact the Chamber office with those details.
- Staff will confirm the booking and schedule it in the signage portal.
Allow at least 10 business days before your start date.
